We (the kids and I) have been taking 10-in-ONE since the end of March, maybe the first week of April, most of you know my testimonial(S).

Yesterday I was asked how did GBG ’s compensation plan worked.. And I realized that I never have posted anything related to the compensation plan!

I was so comfortable knowing that we have a video that explains it all, that I never thought of those who prefer to read than to watch a video, those whose Internet connection is a little bit slow and they prefer to read than watch a video. I apologize for that.

Here it is, in a nutshell the GBG compensation plan:

GBG has been structured on a 2 X 10 Forced Matrix, that is that we have to personally enroll 2 representatives and then we build our business 10 levels deep, level 10 pays 50%.  Levels 1-5 pay 2%, levels 6-9 pay 5%.

We have what are called pay points.  After you enroll your first 2 people, on the third and up person you enroll you get a pay point. So if you enroll 30 people then you will have 28 pay points. Each of those pay points give you a new you, a new level one. 

So let’s say you have a pay point on your original level 10.  That will give you 10 more levels of pay.  Because of the pay points you also get paid for people more than once. 

So for someone that is on level 10 that has 5 pay points above them you will get paid 6 times.  Once for being on level 10, once for being on level 8, 6, 5, 3, 2 and 1.  It’s really neat the way it works.

Also, in August GBG is expanding the levels that they will pay on.  So basically we will get a raise.  

We get our sign ups the same way that anyone gets sign ups – by advertising online, talking to people, handing out business cards, flyers, etc. Right now, we are offering that we will get your first 2 sign ups for you, when you join GBG through our Downline Builder Group.

We have a great GBG group that all works together all the time.  We have trainings all the time together, as a company and in different groups that we can join if we choose.
